Nicolina O’Rorke named Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer;Ashley Marshall and Geoff Kalan Promoted to Executive Vice Presidents

NEW YORK, NY, February 3, 2026 – Playfly Sports, the sports industry’s leading revenue maximization company, today announced the next phase of its long-term growth strategy with the expansion of roles and responsibilities for key members of its leadership team.

Nicolina O’Rorke has been promoted to the joint role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Geoff Kalan and Ashley Marshall will each be elevated to Executive Vice President (EVP) roles. Kalan will serve Playfly Sports as the EVP of Corporate Strategy and Finance, and Marshall will serve as the EVP of Business Operations, Transformation & Marketing.

As COO & CFO, O’Rorke will continue to report to CEO Craig Sloan, and will assume oversight of Playfly’s operational engine and infrastructure backbone. In this expanded role, O’Rorke will lead finance, operations and Playfly’s organizational infrastructure, working to scale the company’s operations to support continued accelerated growth.

Kalan will continue to oversee Corporate Development and M&A, along with expanded responsibilities leading the Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations and Business Operations Finance teams. He was one of the original members of the Playfly team more than five years ago and has since risen to take on larger roles, moving from Chief of Staff to Chief Strategy Officer and now Executive Vice President.

As EVP, Business Operations, Transformation & Marketing, Marshall adds new responsibility for formalizing the business operations and infrastructure functions that support Playfly’s ongoing evolution. She will continue to oversee Transformation Management Office, Communications, Playfly Sales Marketing, and Playfly Insights. Marshall joined Playfly in 2021 to manage the Tech & Digital teams and quickly took on additional responsibilities as a critical member of the Playfly leadership team.

Alongside Chris Marinak, recently appointed company president, this leadership team will further integrate Playfly as an indespensible player in the evolving sports industry. Playfly is poised to lead the charge in helping partners navigate complexity and capture new growth opportunities. With continued double-digit growth year over year, Playfly continues to expand its offerings, building on a foundation of execution integrity within the industry.

“These elevations, in addition to Chris Marinak’s appointment, solidify the foundation of an outstanding leadership team that will continue to position us exceptionally well for the future,” said Craig Sloan, CEO of Playfly Sports. “As we continue to pursue our goal of becoming a top agency in sports and a true revenue accelerator for our property partners, I am confident we will succeed with these players on our team.”

Playfly leadership is set to carry forward the company’s momentum, building on its strong financial foundation while driving efficient execution and delivering long-term value creation across the sports marketing ecosystem.
