SAN ANTONIO – UTSA and Playfly Sports, the emerging leader in sports marketing, media and technology, announced Tuesday a new multimedia rights (MMR) agreement. The deal will see Playfly serve as UTSA’s exclusive MMR holder and sponsorship sales arm effective Sept. 1, 2023. “We are excited to announce this new partnership with Playfly,” said Lisa Campos, UTSA Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics. “As we enter the American Athletic Conference, this new partnership will enhance UTSA's brand excellence and sponsorship opportunities locally, regionally and nationally, and that will ultimately help us continue to support our student-athletes. Playfly Sports will target existing platforms and identify new opportunities for UTSA Athletics to expand its fanbase and corporate partners to engage fans.
