OFFICIAL RULES

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period (the “Entry Period”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 20, 2026 (“Sweepstakes End Date”).

PRIZE: One (1) Prize Will Be Awarded.  The Winner will be randomly selected and awarded one (1) player autographed jersey and two tickets to a regular season Rapids home game (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $400.00.

 

PRIZE NOTIFICATION RESPONSE TIME:  48 hours from the time of issuance of Prize Notification (defined below) (the “Required Response Time”).

 

WINNER LIST:  For the Winner’s name, mail a request and a self-addressed stamped envelope within thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the Sweepstakes to : Colorado Rapids Survey Winners List c/o Playfly, LLC, 550 W Jackson Blvd, Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60661.

 

SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Playfly, LLC, 550 W Jackson Blvd, Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60661 (the “Sponsor”).

 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must either: (a) complete and submit the online survey (the “Survey”); or (b) mail in their entry. Once an entrant has met either of the above criteria, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. By entering, you acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means will be void. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor shall have the right to use all personal information provided to Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing their email address and personal information, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing or for electronic, network or computer/scanner failures or malfunctions, or other technical errors of any kind.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period click on the link provided to you in an email sent by or on behalf of Sponsor to access the Survey. By successfully transmitting a completed Survey as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.

2. Mail-In Method: During the Entry Period, fill out your name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, on a 3”x5” paper, which must then be mailed to 550 W Jackson Blvd, Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60661 Attn: Elisa Simi, to be postmarked by February 18, 2026 and received by February 20, 2026.

 

ELIGIBILITY:  The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Colorado and Wyoming who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.  Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor, the Colorado Rapids, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, LLC, Kroenke Stadium Services, Inc., KSE Soccer, Inc., Soccer United Marketing, LLC and Major League Soccer, LLC and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, affiliated leagues, divisions, members, teams, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate or win the Prize. PSP reserves the right to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules.

 

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing on or about seven (7) days following the Sweepstakes End Date from among all eligible entries received.  Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”).  The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

PRIZE CONDITIONS:  Each individual will have the opportunity to win one (1) official Rapids jersey signed by members of the Colorado Rapids and two tickets to a regular season Rapids home game.  The total number of prizes that can be awarded is one (1). The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable with no cash redemptions and no redemptions in any alternate form. Prize may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests or sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the prior written consent of Sponsor. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Refusal to accept the Prize releases Sponsor, and each of its directors, officers, employees, and members of all responsibility and obligations towards the winner of such Prize. All Federal, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, noninfringement or fitness for a particular purpose. Potential winners are subject to verification prior to the awarding of the prizes, as are the eligibility, age and other claims of/information provided by a potential winner. The prize winner will be issued a Form 1099, for income verification and tax purposes, for the retail value of the prize. The winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of their respective prize winnings.

 

NOTIFICATION:  The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided at the time of entry (the “Prize Notification“) and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (where permissible) within seven (7) days of notification.  In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within the Required Response Time or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

 

RELEASE:  By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify each of the Sweepstakes Entities against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of the Sweepstakes, or the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and caused by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize awarded in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any claims for damage to property, personal injury, death or claims based on defamation, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or merchandise delivery.  Entrants participate in the Sweepstakes at their own risk.

The Sponsor shall not be liable to the winner (or any person acting on behalf of the winner) for failure to supply a Prize, or any part thereof, for any reason out of the Sponsor’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulation, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, game cancellation, insurrection or riot.

The Sponsor shall not be liable to any entrant for damages arising out of (i) any printing or typographical errors in the Official Rules or any other materials associated with the Sweepstakes or (ii) any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the processing of entries.  The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted.

 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE:  Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged or destroyed entries or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including, without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. If for any reason, (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of  Sponsor, the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is corrupted or affected such that this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or to select a winner for any remaining prizes by randomly drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension, and/or solely from the mailed entries.

 

IN NO EVENT WILL SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEB SITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEB SITE.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS WEB SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

 

Except when prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes and by winning, the Winner(s) grants Sponsor the right to publicize the entrant(s)/winner(s) name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information in all manner and media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, and promotion purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, change, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) at any time for any reason and to randomly award a Prize from among eligible entries received at the time of such action, should malicious tampering or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration or proper execution of the Sweepstakes (as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion).

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found or suspected to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules.  Any attempt by an entrant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend or change the Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion.  By entering the Sweepstakes after the amendment of the Official Rules, the entrant consents to be bound by the amendments.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Entrants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the United States and any claims arising out of this Sweepstakes may be brought only in a federal or state court located in New York County, New York. If any provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
